Pricing, cancellation policy and health insurance
To continue offering thoughtful, sustainable care including high quality herbs and unhurried consultations, fees will be adjusted slightly from 17th February 2026.
Herbal Products
A variety of herbs are purchased separately to consultations.
Raw herbs may range from $25-54 per week. These herbal prescriptions are reviewed at every visit and tailored to meet your individual needs as they shift along your health journey.
Pills and tinctures are also available and may be prescribed alongside your raw or granule formula.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. No shows will incur full fees. These are not covered by health insurance. If you’re unwell and not sure if you should attend, please contact us to discuss your symptoms/arrange a telehealth appointment.
Health Insurance
If you have private health cover for Chinese Herbal Medicine or Acupuncture, you can claim online with your insurance provider using the invoice emailed to you after your consultation.
