Pricing, cancellation policy and health insurance
Herbal Products
A variety of herbs are purchased separately to consultations.
Raw herbs may range from $22-$25 per bag (1 to 2 bags per week). These can be tailored the most to your needs (often your raw herbs are prepared in certain ways to enhance their properties) and generate the most powerful results.
Granules range from $40-$44 per week. They are a more convenient option which can still be tailored to suit your needs however they may take a little longer to produce the desired effect.
Pills and tinctures are also available and may be prescribed alongside your raw or granule formula.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee applies to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. No shows will incur full fees. These are not covered by health insurance. If you’re unwell and not sure if you should attend, please contact us to discuss your symptoms/arrange a telehealth appointment.
Health Insurance
If you have private health cover for Chinese Herbal Medicine or Acupuncture, you can claim online with your insurance provider using the invoice emailed to you after your consultation.
